“A forgotten tradition revives”

“A forgotten tradition revives”

Noah’s pudding is considered a sacred food in all Abrahamic religions. There was a Noah’s pudding tradition in the Ottoman era. According to this tradition, Muslim community handed out Noah’s pudding in churches on important days and ceremonies of the Christian community. Christian community also handed out Noah’s pudding on holidays and kandils (blessed days) of the Muslims, too.

After the negotiations we made with various religious representatives, we decided to reintroduce this tradition.

Introducing this tradition with collaboration of Church of Saint Demetrius and Emirgan Mosque, we try to continue this tradition in many other houses of prayer.
